Cisco virtual Telepresence Server 4.4 - event Log

Hi all,

does anyone tried to gather vTS's Event Log via API before?

TelePresence Server doesn't have an API to download event logs, you need to use the web interface to do this.

Hi Patrick,

ok for downloading via web. Can i achieve the same result by sending syslog to remote server. For example if i configured Logs-->Syslog and then the following parameters:

remote syslog host

Facility value=log-audit

could i get login\logout events?

You should be able to, but I don't know for sure which facility value the login/logout events will appear in, probably will have to try a few until you find the one you want.
