Hello Team,
I need your help regarding WebEx Cloud Video Interop (CVI) intermittently call disconnecting issue.
We refer following deployment & roadmap docs to run this CVI solution
2. https://help.webex.com/en-us/nffx8kj/Deploy-the-Cisco-Webex-Video-Integration-for-Microsoft-Teams
4. https://help.webex.com/en-us/nxz79m5/Add-Verify-and-Claim-Domains
5. https://help.webex.com/en-us/notkgfab/Configure-Expressway-for-Mutual-TLS-Authentication#id_133282
6. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cloud-video-interop
*Current Call flow:
VC endpoints -> CUCM --> Expressway C -> Expressway E --> Firewall -->Internet ---> WebEx Cloud.
++ We don't have any issue with normal WebEx Call, Zoom Call, Bluejeans call and MS Teams call.
++ only issue with the WebEx CVI.
++ All VC endpoints are belong to Cisco WebEx Series, Telepresence Series and etc.
++ This is pure on premise setup.
++ We installed WebEx CVI licenses on Control Hub.
++ Domain Verification also done.
++ Installed Quovadis Root CA Cert on Expressway E node.
++ Now, we are not considering OBTP feature for this setup. So, we not installed WebEx Edge for device and WebEx Device connector as well.
++ in our setup, there is no any cloud register and cloud aware VC endpoints.
Any comments and suggestion will be appreciated & helpful for me
Thanks

Check Network and firewall
https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX000028782/Network-Requirements-for-Webex-Teams-Services
https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX264/How-Do-I-Allow-Webex-Meetings-Traffic-on-My-Network#id_134996
→ Software Version for VC Endpoint : CE9.14.3 onward and Call Control Infrastructure should run Expressway Version 12.6.2
Overall deployment How to guide reference link : https://help.webex.com/en-us/nffx8kj/Deploy-the-Cisco-Webex-Video-
Integration-for-Microsoft-Teams
If all is correct then do open a TAC case as this is TAC supported.
