CMM lost password

Can any one help with password recovery for the CMM. I can not seem to find any references on CCO

Note:

The console port is on the motherboard of the module. You'll need remove the module in the slot above it so the cable can exit the

chassis.And use the regular straight cable instead of those flat console cables.There are two ports on the mother board, please use the second one(towards to the end).

Interesting. I didn't know the password recovery for the MCS server is similar to routers. Does it really work?

The procedure was for CMM (Communication Media Module) a card that runs in Cat 6500 platform.

I have a customer thats having the same issue. I gave him this procedure and how to connnect into the module, but he didn't seem to make it work :(

What are the console parameters to use ? Are they the same as cisco routers ?
