CMS scheduled meeting issue

Hi All

    I am coping with following difficuty

  Users schedule audio conferences on CMS via TMS smart scheduler. When meeting participants dial in the meeting room before the schedule, CMS disconnects users with no notification after users entering the conference room id. My client asked me if CMS can provide notification to users that the meeting is not yet started before disconnecting users.   I tried to configure /callProfiles /callLegProfiles and /AccessMethods on CMS. but the problem is still there.  It is not that user friendly in terms of configuration. Even a basic , simple task such as retrieving CDR is not easy when it comes to CMS

CMS doesn’t know anything about TMS scheduled conferences until it’s time for them to start. At which point, TMS then configures a Space to become the scheduled conference and open access for participants to join.
