Conference extension doesn't work

Hello,

  I am running TMS 15.2.1 w/ PE 1.7.  I have gone through the configuration for conference settings and tried all combinations to get them to extend and it never does.  There are plenty of bridge resources and I even stated to ignore the check.  The test meetings are over 15 mins to avoid the below 5 mins that's needed to even get the extension window. 

  Does any one have any ideas as to why this doesn't work?

Are the minimum number of conference participants still connected?

Is the conference host/leader still connected?

Host /Leader is the one getting the message and is trying to extend.  All the participants are still there.  Host presses the extend button but call just drops at the scheduled time.

Do the logs on the bridge and/or the TMS give any clues?
