conference scheduling on MCU

Guys,

We are looking at options for scheduling bridged conferences. Anyone got any links to any good configuration guides for rendezvous point conferencing on an MCU 4500 with VCS and TMS (If required).

Goal is to have users have the abilty to book a MCU bridge Conference and get an email with the connect details to distribute to participants.

There's 3rd party scheduling software that does endpoint and MCU scheduling and sends connection details. It's called Video Scheduler and it's made by Renovo Software. Probably worth looking into.
