Connection with the touch screen is lost

Ever since I upgraded my c40 and sx20 to TC7.0.1, I have been seeing the message below. This happens after reboot. We don't have touch panels so I would like to stop this message from coming up.

I have tried the "unpair and restart" option but that doesn't stop the message. I also made sure that UserInterface > TouchPanel is set to "none"...

Facilit UserInterface TouchPanel DefaultPanel ROLE=User: None

Not sure what else to check.
