I have started experiencing a content receiving issue that is happening in both Zoom and Webex on endpoints with 2 screens. Until recently everything has been stable, but as of a week ago when an endpoint joins into a meeting, if the far end starts sharing content, the display in room stays black and won't show it. If the near end shares content out, then when content is shared from the far end again, it will then show up in room. No settings have changed, no software updates, so there isn't currently a reason why something would have changed on our end. The version on the endpoint is ce 9.15.3. I've done a few reboots with no resolve and I am not able to update any software currently due to 3rd party programming. Is anyone else experiencing this?
