In general its the standard windows / iis / windows media server logs.
There is no analyzis, so you want to either just look at them or find some analyzing tool.
The web access and downloads should be found somewhere under
C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles
You find the exact path for the three different (default, stream, admin) pages
in the settings of the IIS server.
Not 100 sure about the windows media streams, there is a client logging feature
which I think is disabled by default.
Not sure how much that would drain the performance.
If you have some windows / web / media server guys in house its might be good
to check with them.
