controlling cisco/tandberg precision HD 720p ttc8-01 with Visca controller

We have three ttc8-01 cameras that we want to use as remote controlled cameras.  We don't want to go the software route, or the IP route, but would like to purchase a control unit something like the Vaddio Super Joystick.  Does Cisco sell such a controller, or can you recommend one that will work?  I have looked at the Visca RS232 section of the manual, but I am having a hard time figuring out which units will work with this camera.  If you can recommend one known to work, it would be a great help.  Thanks

The 720p cameras are very old and are well past their end of life dates (End-of-Support Date: 2018-05-31), so there would be nothing available "new" or "supported" in the current product range.
