Dear All,
I'm trying to integrate CTS Manager 1.8 with Lotus Domino. Could you give me some clue how to fill these field correctly : Organizational Name, Username, Password? I've tried to fill those field but get error message :
Failed to establish a connection to '10.200.57.13' with the information provided.
Code: 501000.
Message: The system has encountered an unexpected condition (com.cisco.ts.scheduler.adapter.domino.DominoConnectionException(504000,DA,DOMINO_CONNECTION_ERROR,IBM Domino connection error: null.)).
Does anybody have any idea?
Thanks.

Hi Brian
Is this a new install for CTS MAN? Or you seeing this issue after an upgrade? If so what was the earlier version running.
Also did you try using pre qualifier tool and checked if it isable to pass the configuration tests?
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/cts_manager/1_8/admin/ctm_instalPreQual.html#wp1088139
You can download the prequalification assistant tool and install in your laptop and run the tool with configuration information used in cts man. The Tool application runs a series of tests to determine if your LDAP server, Calendar server, and Cisco Unified CM server configurations meet the requirements to support CTS-Manager.
Thanks

Hi Vignesh,
This is a new install of CTS Manager. I haven't tried to use pre qualifier tool. Anyway, have you tried to integrate CTS Manager with Lotus Domino?
Thanks.

Hi Brian,
I am not an expert on CTS Manager, but I wanted to check that you had followed the instructions in Chapter 4 of the admin guide: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/cts_manager/1_8/admin/ctm1_8adminguide.html. Specifically, have you created a dedicated Domino user account for CTS with a known Internet password? Have you enabled HTTP, DIIOP and LDAP on the Domino server you will use for calendaring?
If you're still having problems, perhaps you can post a screen grab of the interface where you're supplying this connectivity info. That might provide some clues as to what's needed.
Thanks,

Hi Triandi,
I think the best course of action would be to find your company's Domino administrator and give him/her the CTS Manager admin guide. If you don't have someone with those skills, locate an IBM Business Partner in your local area that can assist you. The tasks here are not especially complex, but the person implementing them needs to understand the core components of the Domino server in order to enable and configure HTTP, DIIOP and LDAP and to set up and test LDAP authentication.
Good luck,

Hi Rupert,
I've asked my customer to check their Lotus Domino and they have enabled http, diiop and ldap in their Domino. Do you know the command to check the Distinguished Name of the LDAP?
Thanks.
