I've got a problem where I have 2 x CTS units that when they dial
each other, it takes around 15 - 20 seconds to actually ring the other unit after pressing "dial" on the phone. It happens in both directions.
I've recently moved these units from one CUCM cluster to another - these are the only devices on the new cluster. This problem didn't occur on the old cluster, so I suspect it's something to do with CUCM configuration?
Both units are on the same switch so there's no problem with bandwidth etc.

Just to add to this - after the 15 - 20 seconds, the call connects fine.
In addition, this problem doesn't occur when dialling into a static meeting ID on CTMS - it dials straight away. Same with an Ad-Hoc meeting set up via the CTMS GUI - that also goes through immidiately.

Looks like this is interdigit timeout issue
Try to check there is no route pattern or number with longer match
Or. Change the DN number to a number not used at all to make sure if it's digit issue or not
