Hi Guys,
I am having an issue establishing a inter region video call between 2 SX-20 endpoints.
- Call works fine when I move them to same region
- I have made the CAC to unlimited for video on the Locations
- I have played with the Video Bandwidth in the regions.
- I have changed the defaults under the Service Parameters for Inter and Intra Region
- I have tried to adjust MAX and MIN under Conference 1 on the SX20s
- I have tried changing the default video call bandwidth to both 384 and 768
In every case, Call works fine when both endpoints are in same region and just and audio call when interregion (G711Ulaw) .
For some reason its not presenting the right codec.
Also in CUCM 9.0, I am not able to collect the SDI traces on the endpoints. it says "Trace not found for Service Call Manager, trace type 'sdi' " which is a reported bug in older releases but was fixed. I guess it has returned too ...
Any suggestions ?
