No option for  CUCM OS Administration Page in navigation menu in CUCM 8.6

Unable to access CUCM OS Administration page.

following error came while using  url  http://<ip-address>/cmplatform

HTTP Status 404 - /cmplatform
type: Status report

message: /cmplatform

description: The requested resource (/cmplatform) is not available.

Try restarting tomcat
