I have manual Phone book source created for bridge numbers but unfortunately someone has imported contacts from All systems phonebook source couple of times to this manual phonebook source. due to which when a contact is searched on the endpoint directory there is duplicate entries for same contacts. So, now the only option left out for me is clean up the phonebook source which i am using by deleting them manually each contact which is a lot of time confusing manual task. So, i am trying to explore if there is a way for me to delete unwanted contacts from the phonebook source in a bulk manner.
I am using TMS PE 14.3.1.
Any help will be much appreciated!!!
