I am looking for a way to differentiate Cisco Touch 8 and 10 from remotely through codec Web Access.
I can get Hardware version/serial/firmware/mac of touch panel from codec peripherals page.
I expecting hardware version will be different for 8 and 10.

Hey!
If I remember correctly, you can see the difference between them via web interface using "User Interface Screenshots"> "Take screenshot of Touch Panel." 8 gives a smaller image than 10.

I can't say for sure, but from the few Touch 8 and 10 panels I have, the Touch 10 serial numbers begin with FOC and Touch 8 with FTT. Not sure if this applies to all Touch devices, but something to check.
Since you're able to get the serial numbers, you can use the Cisco Converge Check to look them up, even via bulk using a csv or txt file.
