Directory with end users with CUCM 8.6

Hi all, we have the CUCM in version 8.6.2.22900-9. We have some problems with the corporate directory in our architecture. Right now we don´t have LDAP for this call manager, which is used only for telepresence and videoconference systems. The problem is that we want to "manage" the directory to don´t show all the end users in the CUCM. So the question is, is there any way to hide some end users in the directory? Some of them are for specific features and we won´t to have it in the directory.

No there is not with the built-in directory. You can look at third-party products such as Syn-Apps Appendix.

In almost all cases service accounts should be Application Users, not End Users. Only End Users are listed in the directory.
