Disable automatic meeting creation on Conductor

Hi Experts

Our network setup is we have VCSc&e, Conductor, TIP 7010--2Nos,TMS,& ISDN GW.

TIP servers are managed by conductor, VCSc & Conductor is connected on Call policy services. All the equipment’s are added in TMS.

We are using 48XXXX number series used for meetings and we create a search rule in VCSc (48.*) and pointing to conductor policy

We created a meeting on TMS and meeting number is 481234 and same meeting ID we try from endpoints it got connected.

Current problem is somebody trying from EP to 485678 (this meeting ID is not created on TMS) the conductor automatically create a one meeting on TIP server and connect the call or Connect the call to 481234 meeting.

Our requirement is only meeting must be created on TMS. If somebody try’s from EP to irrelevant meeting ID calls needs to be block.

Anybody guide me how to do this

Hi,

On the conference template on the Conductor, set "Scheduled conference" to "Yes". It is then only TMS that can create conferences using the template.
