Dears
i have 2 TelePresence SX20 , i need to call its using Names
the TelePresence IP 10.2.10.5 and 10.33.10.5 .
i tried two options
1st i created 2 DNS record on my DNS but i`m not able to dial it using the name.
2nd i change the Host name on the device also its not working
Note:i already putting the DNS on the configuration.
when my client send me to call them they sending me the name like xxx@domain.com
how i can do this or link it to A record.
