Hi, need help to resolve frequent call drop issue I am facing in company's SX 80. During the drop, first the voice goes down, then video and then screen. Ultimately the presenter has to disconnect and connect the call.
Frequent call drops. especially if it's usually around the same number of minutes in to a call, is most often a firewall issue. Check your firewalls and make sure they are not inadvertently closing connections, and they are set up to not do any SIP ALG (as this will cause issues)
