Error - USB 1:2: device not accepting address

Hi,

I'm getting an error of device not accepting address XX: error :XX on my UCBE box.  This is located on the remote site and no one is currently available to support.  I had it powered on the other week but found it's not running last Monday.

What is a "UCBE box"? I suspect there is a typo there or something? Please give more information.
