EX90 weird Behaviour

I have a Cisco ex90 connected to a Cisco 2960 switch. Following an IOS upgrade to the switch it was found that the EX90 was moving between the access vlan (the one it should be in) and the voice vlan. EX90 was rebooted and reset with no effect. Removed the voice vlan from the access port on the switch and the device stabilised in the access vlan.

any one else seen this behaviour. IOS version 12.2(55)SE6 on the switch.

EX90 Version :TC5.1.8.303428

It's probably because the new EX90 can see, with the new firmware and configuration you have on the 2960, that it has a voice VLAN configured (via CDP), and according to however the EX90 configured, it'll switch to the voice VLAN (See Configuration > Network > VLAN Voice Mode).  Set it to OFF if you don't want it to switch.
