Expressway Edge Network.sip logs query

Hi All,

 

We had issue of bad audio video quality and from logs analysis found the SIP messages was getting changed because of NAT present at firewall device at the internal interface of Expressway Edge.

 

After removing the NAT rule issue is resolved. However in the logs we still see the firewall IP Address in below line but SIP header and body are clean. Is this normal ?

 

There is no packet inspection and SIP ALG enabled at firewall.
