External Speakers for Cisco Room Kit

I have a Cisco Room Kit. This is the standard kit, purchased early 2020.

I am planning on putting it in a room that is 36' x 74'. I doubt that the built-in speakers in the kit are going to be loud enough for the whole room. I am looking for a set of speakers that I could connect directly to the room kit. The purpose would be to watch meetings being held elsewhere.

I don't need mics, hi-fi sound, or mega base. We aren't watching movies or listening to the orchestra. I just need everyone to hear what is being said at another location. I need it loud and simple. But, my understanding is that the room kits use a special audio jack. Please advise if that is wrong, maybe that is only true for the microphone.

Can anyone recommend a set of speakers that would do this?

Bonus Questions:

Should the room kit be able to run both the internal speakers as well as external speakers?

If so, is it possible to use in-wall Cat6 as cabling between the kit and the speakers? i would imagine that we'd need adapters of some kind.

Thank you!

The speaker output on the Room Kit is not a "special audio jack", it is a standard 3.5mm stereo audio socket.

For a room as large as yours, you may wish to take the audio out of the codec and feed it into an amplifier before taking it to your speakers to get the best coverage in that space.

How you distribute the audio from the unit/amplifier to the speakers will depend on what the specific devices you are using require - Cat6 cabling isn't recommended for direct analogue audio transmission, but may be suitable if using AVB/Dante/AES67/some other Audio over IP distribution.

On the advice of our partner, I ordered a set of these:

Still waiting for all the pieces to come in, but I am looking forward to it. I think it will be a nice add-on with properly set expectations.
