Formal name of softwareID20010 of CTS-PHD1080P4XS1

Hi all,

We have to submit a report to our customer, regarding for Bug ID "CSCua44699" .

In that document we need to write the formal name of software ver. ID20010 of "CTS-PHD1080P4XS1" such as "S01718-4.0FINAL [ID:40063] 2010-10-20".

But we can not find it because we have no 1080p 4x camera here.

Does anybody know that?

when testing these camera issues I captured an xstatus of a 4x camera.

The softwareID reads :

"S01752-2.0FINAL [ID:20010] 2012-04-10"
