H323 Call Disconnection Problem

Router: 3725 This router is being used for porting call legs via POTS/Dial-peers. T1's controller at this router is terminated in a PBX. When call are originated via Channel Banks (TDM via on both routers) - calls are successfully connected (via GRE Tunnels)

When we try connecting the pots via a soft phone (e.g. SJPhone) as a

H323 gateway, it connects the call but after like 2/3 seconds it disconnects automatically and phone displays a "Temporary Failure"

error. Looking on to sniffing, we found Router is communicating correctly with the soft phone PC and s sending H225 control messages successfully (so doesn't seems any revert routing issue - all public hosts are accessible and even all local hosts are fully able to communicate with this router and vice versa). We have tried different working (TDM) ports on the router but they don't work with H323.

logs are as followS:

Issue the voice call convert-discpi-to-prog global configuration command, available in Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(1). Doing this converts a DISCONNECT message with a progress indicator value of eight to a PROGRESS message with a progress indicator value of eight so that audio is cut through and the Cisco IP phone hears the disconnect tones or announcement from the PSTN.
