Hi Folks,
I'm just wondering why I can't connect to user repository before it was working but unsure what was change.
It was managed before by our vendor before they passed the management to us yet I encountered this issue.
Because of this I cannot add users/edit users for jabber movi
Hope you can help me point out what is wrong I attached the logs for further checking

Looking at the logs you're running TMSPE 1.1 and Java 7 Update 25, unless I'm mistaken. Can you ensure you're running the correct Java version per the TMSPE 1.1 Deployment Guide. Was TMSPE or Java updated recently, if so, did you restart the server?

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for you reply I check the server's java version and found this as attached it is Java 8 update 65 so I'm unsure who perform the update without our knowledge I'm about to check that internally anyway but how did you know it is TMSPE 1.1 version?
So do I need to downgrade my java?

The TMSPE logs in the zip file you uploaded had the version number listed. You should uninstall Java 8, and install Java 7 Update 40 as that is what TMSPE 1.1 supports per the deployment guide.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks but before I go to that if for some reason java failed or what so ever instance happen to java what impact should I expect is this something only related to TMSPE only for provisioning users to jabber but not the TMS like phonebook directory across endpoints and endpoints still able to perfrom traversal/non-traversal calls?.
Thanks
Gie

TMS doesn't rely on Java to be installed on the local server, the portions of the TMS website that use Java such as CCC, rely on Java being installed on the user's local computer, not the server. However, TMSPE does rely on Java.
