Host audio dropping on military VOIP network

Hello, I've been going in circles with my IT people, Cisco techs, AT&T techs (AT&T bought a slim version of WebEx to rent to the U.S. Army), Crestron, Extron and a few others for a while. My host (only) audio will drop out about 5-15 minutes into a meeting and sometimes WebEx won't let you reconnect the audio (get a "no answer at that number" message) other times (lately) it will let you reconnect and then have no issues.

Has anyone had this issue and found a solution? Thanks in advance, my behind is getting pretty chewed up right now.
