When I tried to connect the serial console on a Microsoft teams Rooms (MTR) mode device (Roombar Pro), after entering the login ID/password,
"API access is disabled when running extensions."
was displayed and connection could not be established.
When the same model running on RoomOS, serial console connection was possible, does this mean that serial console connection is NOT enabled on MTR mode?
For security reasons, we had disabled SSH and HTTP/HTTPS in the SX20 and RoomKit installed in the past and changed configuration using serial console connection if necessary.
Is there any way to establish connection through serial console on MTR mode?
Please note that we have already disabled HTTPS/SSH on the device, so these connections cannot be used.
