Hi
We have a Webex Board 70 and we are looking to pull logs from it locally.
We are trying to troubleshoot an issue where the the Board is unable to access the internet via LAN, so we can't gather logs by uploading them to the Webex Cloud.

Is there any way to pull the logs locally from the Board, say onto a USB?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
If the unit has been registered and was working before you can log on to the controlhub and get a «remotesupport» token. This can be decoded to a password so you can log into the web interface of the device via LAN. You need to open a TAC case to decode the token. (I assume the device is running the converted RoomOS software)
You will be unable to log into the device via controlhub as the device is not able to reach controlhub.
If you have not yet registered the device, you can probably just login with the admin account and no pssword since the device is not yet locked.
It seems to that you have already found the root cause of your issue, that the device cannot reach the internet. Why dont you factory reset it (maybe the issue is due to a bad proxy or something?) . If the problem persists after factory reset you can login with the admin account and check the logs there, but I would not exclude your network as the culprit, which is something the device cannot account for.
