You could have the endpoint call into a Webex Meeting and have that meeting create a stream fo you to integrate into your website
- https://help.webex.com/en-us/a6cmw/Live-Stream-Your-Webex-Meetings-or-Events

- Other 3rd party SIP services have streaming capabilities as well if Webex is not used in your environment.

You could use Physical Hardware that sends the camera feed into a Stream you could use

- Epiphan Video products do really well with Cisco

  - The Sx20 is very limited though, so it would be best to use a Distribution amplifier to duplicate the Camera feed before feeding this into a hardware capture system

  - If your Sx20 has a free Video output, the you can have self view show in Full screen on the extra output as well. A Macro may help drive a better experience for that as well.
