Internal and External user integration with AD - VCS and VCSE

Hi
Quest about AD user integration vs Non AD user integration and if its possible?
We  currently have a  VCSc v7.2, VCSe v7.2 and TMS 13.2.2 running TMSPE. We  would like it for our internal users to be integrated with AD so they  are able to use their AD credentials to login into Jabber using NTLM. I know we must join the VCSc to AD for the internal users.
For our  external users, who change frequently every three months or so, we would  simply like them to remain as manual  creation and

non-NTLM. Is this possible?

Our  plans are to expand as well, we have already purchased another VCS and  VCSE, which we would also like to cluster. Is the configuration we would  like to have possible? Any input would be great! Thanks.

Hi,
If you join your VCS with the domain controller , it is only possible for user that are in your ad group for jabber to authenticated . But it is not possible to make for external user a manual created credential like username and password to login.
