We just purchased IP/TV 3442 and was advised that these servers no longer are shipped with any software CD's. The software is pre-installed only. This is a shift from other servers like Call Managers. Anyone has any thoughts on this? The problem we are facing is that the Winnov videum software seems to be missing and as advised by TAC when we we downloaded the SW from Winnov web site and tried installing it, it needs the Windows 2000 SP4 CD. Here's the Catch 22: We don't have the CD's as the server never came with any. This Videum software is kinda important. Not a happy customer right now. I'm waiting for TAC to advise on this but thought I come here to see if someone has any ideas. Thanks.
