Check the following
1. Does your broadcast server show as "managed" in server watch in Content Manager? If not, if it
shows 'down' then the content manager can't contact it, otherwise if it shows 'not managed', then
you need to check on the broadcast server software under settings->Configure IP/TV Server and make
sure that the content manager address is correct and that the server can ping it.
2. Make sure the media root path directory is set correctly on the server, again under
settings->configure ip/tv server on the "on demand" tab. On any of our servers, our media root path
is always e:\iptvmedia.
3. Are the viewers able to resolve both the name and ip address of the broadcast server? If not,
either make sure DNS is running correctly, or put hosts files on the viewer machines.
