Is it Possible to add Poly X30/X50 and Logitech Rally Bar with TMS to Monitor.

I'm trying to add Poly and Logitech devices with TMS, TMS is not recognizing the devices, Tho device is no network TMS is showing below message "

System not found!

Please check that the address to the system is correct, and that the system can be contacted by the TMS server. Also, check that the SNMP community name set for the system is listed under the 'SNMP community name' setting under Administrative Tools -> Configuration -> Network Settings. Also, it is mandatory to enter the Username and Password for the Cisco Meeting Server

You don't mention which version of TMS you are using.   But I don't ever recall any of the newer Poly endpoints being directly supported, only the older ones (HDX or earlier).  You can however add them as an "unmanaged endpoint" so they can be scheduled in conferences, but you won't be able to "manage" them as you can with a Cisco endpoint.
