Is TMSPE a requirement for a Small/Regular Deployment?

Hi,

i am totally new to TMS and this is my first time installing. I have a small system with only 25 licenses.

Do i need to install TMSPE? and Does TMSPE need a license if I need to install it?

Hello Surendra -

You only need to install TMS Provisioning Extension if you want to have any of the following features within TMS:

1. Smart Scheduler - Simple, Intuitive Scheduling of Single and Recurrent Meetings
2. Collaboration Meeting Rooms - Easily create and configure personal meeting spaces or conferences for users with there own dial-in address.  Requires TelePresence Conductor.
3. Provision Endpoints to Users - Such as Jabber Video for TelePresence or EX Series endpoints.  Requires TelePresence Video Communication Server.

It does not require any license to install.  However, in order to provision endpoints to users (option 3 above), that does require provisioning licenses to be installed on your TMS.
