Issue with Mac/OS X connecting to Cisco telepresence

Folks who have Macs / OS X consistently cannot connect to the MX300 displays. Furthermore if another PC user connects their display it will not project as well until the MX300 is rebooted. Nikaury Bruno have verified that this is indeed an issue.

 

Any ideas if this is a known issue?

Some of these issues could be a software version issue, or a configuration issue.  Can you please share some more detail about your environment, such as which software version you're running on the MX300, what type of Mac are you having issues with (there is a known Apple issue with MacBook Air when using a mini display port to VGA adaptor), what are the exact steps that you're coming across the issue with the PC that's requiring a reboot, and how do you have the presentation settings set on the MX300 (Auto / Manual / etc).
