IX 5000 Directory and calls to another IX5000 issue

Hi,

We recently installed and configured an IX5000 codec on our CUCM running 10.5.1.  The device works great, can do calls to VCS (on X8.6.1) registered devices, CTS1300 and TX9000 devices registered to the same CUCM without issues.

We then tried to call a IX5000 located in one of Cisco's own office, but the call doesn't go through with the following message (found in the Sysop logs of our IX):

2015-10-08 13:14:12: INFO Local user dialing SomeNumber@cisco.com
2015-10-08 13:14:28: ERROR Call ended due to video quality configuration mismatch (remote DN: SomeNumber)

The call flow is like this:  IX5000 > CUCM > CUCM-VCSe 1 Sip Trunk > VCSe 1> Traversal to VCSe 2 > VCSe 2 > Internet > SomeNumber@cisco.com

I have the following configuration for the Region:

Region Relationships

RegionAudio Codec Preference ListMaximum Audio Bit RateMaximum Session Bit Rate for Video CallsMaximum Session Bit Rate for Immersive Video Calls
VideoUse System Default (Factory Default low loss)64 kbps (G.722, G.711)20000 kbps20000 kbps

I have no bandwidth limitations on the VCS's.  I also need to add that the opposite call, that is from the Cisco IX5000 to ours, works without a hitch.  I tried both with having H.265 turned on and off, still does not work.  On top of this, the IX will not show the CUCM directory, which includes all the 40 ish other systems that are registered to it, which works on all the other systems.

Where else should I look?!  I am at lost with this issue...

Cheers,

Andre
