IX5000 bandwidth needs at start of call compared to CTS3000

Hello, a customer has asked about the bursting needs of a IX5000 system when it first enters or makes a call. Apparently the CTS3000 would burst at a very high bandwidth rate in the beginning of the call, upwards of 20 Mg? They have asked if the IX5000 behaves similarly and if it does, how much bandwidth it needs at the start of a call. They want to provision their WAN links with the provider appropriately to allow for the behavior. Of course in a call it will use much less but what about the start of a call?  Thank you.

Jeremy, I have one installed and have been testing over satellite and so far I don't see the burst you describe.. I am at latest code levels of everything, Telepresence server, Conductor and callmanager.  

What version IX500 code are you running.. I don't normally run the latest code but in this case I would.
