Lock the volume control on the SX device

Hi all,

Do someone knows the way to lock the volume control on SX devices? We want to set the volume to max value and disable ability to control it from users.

There is no way to prevent someone from changing the volume, however you can set a default volume and reboot the endpoint for that default to apply, or use the API to set the volume level on occasion.

If your SX registered on TMS, you can create template  for your SX and set needed level volume.
