LOST TMS ADMIN TOOLS

Running TMS 15.7.0 

Everyone lost their Admin Tools permissions and we can't figure out why?   User Accounts are on Active Directory. 

Now when we go to the main page we get the default page  Edit Personal Information window.

Looked at the windows event viewer and don't see anything unusual ?? 

 

Any ideas is appreciated ..

It would depend on how you have configured TMS to give permissions - possibly by AD group - and if the group has been moved, renamed or deleted, then that could be the source of your issue.
