There is most likely a reason and thats why it disconnects.
Please always give some more info, like the used software versions and
more details about the deployment and the call itself.
Like is only sip used or is h323 also active or even used on some of the call legs.
Disconnects are usually firewall issues, especially if sip-tcp is used.
As long as you are not in a country which prevents you from using encryption
I would strongly recommend to use sip-tls. (and also check that the mcu has the
encryption key and the endpoint also uses tls)
