We're experiencing an issue with the MIC levels being different when connecting on CMA (1.11.19) and the WebBridge (CMS 2.9.3). Users connecting via CMA have much lower MIC audio then the same user connecting via Webbridge and using the same MIC. This is causing an issue where we have a mix of users in the calls and the connections via the Webbridge are much louder than CMA. The issue was reported to us since we changed to 2.9.3 and the MIC levels we're seeing in the browser are the same as when using a 3.0.1 webbridge. Enabling AGC on spaces does not appear to change the levels noticeably.
The issue is consistent across different callbridges, TURN servers and browser types.
Has anyone else experienced this? I will raise a case with TAC but it this is common we'd be as quick downgrading to 2.9.2
