Hi Mahmoud
TMS: up to 10 000 users on the current provisioning model, next generation will support a lot more
VCS: 2500 registrations pr VCS, you can put up to 6 VCS´s in a cluster.
It also depends on how many Movi licenses you have available, which defines how many can be logged in / registered at the same time.
Hope this helps

Hi friend,
Are you talking about Movi endpoints registered or about Movi endpoints making calls simultaneously?
If you're talking about registration, VCS supports up to 2500 endpoints registered, if you have one single server. If you have a cluster of VCSs, this number can be up to 10.000 registrations.
If you're talking about Movi endpoints making call simultaneusly, then VCS supports, if you have one single server, up to 500 non-traversal calls + 100 traversal call. If you have a cluster of VCSs, then you may have up to 2.000 non-traversal calls + 400 traversal call.
For more information about VCS, look at:
At this point, there's no limitation in TMS, the limitation is into VCS. TMS only gives "provisioning informations" to the Movi clients. But know that you must to have license in TMS for each Movi clients logged that you have in your environment.

About traversal call:
Traversal call is call where the VCS routes the signaling and the media through itself. For example, when you attempt to call a H323 endpoint from a SIP endpoint, the VCS will make "interworking", it will routed the media and the signaling to possibilite both endpoints to talk with one another even if they're using different protocols. Another example: When you route a Call from VCS Control to VCS Expressway, then VCS will route media and signaling, a traversall call license shall be used to do that.
A non-traversal is simply the contrary, it's when you have a SIP endpoint calling another SIP endpoint, or a H323 endpoint calling another H323 endpoint. What is very very comon.

Thank you very much Paulo,
My understanding is you need the VCS-C and VCS-E together only to bypass the firewall !!
