Good Morning,
I have an MPS 800 with software version J4.7, periodically we would remotely reboot the unit to clear out the cob webs, say every two weeks for the last 10 years. Lately, we can't reboot it, because when we do it shuts down and it doesn't come back up unless we cold boot it on site.
Due to being a PC builder for many years I recall similar issues with older motherboards with failing bios batteries. Same MO, board restarts and looses juice to the bios and doesn't know what to do besides shut down. Does this sound accurate, or am I missing something like pulling the logs which may not be logged.
Thanks...
