Need Replacement camera for Cisco TelePresence Quick Set C20 (Urgent)

I need the camera (CTS-PHD1080P4XS1= or CTS-PHD1080P12XS  ) for Cisco TelePresence Quick Set C20 (CTS-QSC20-K9). But those camera are End of Sale. So which camera will replacement or compatible for Cisco TelePresence Quick Set C20 (CTS-QSC20-K9)?

Note: CTS-PHD1080P4XS2= and CTS-PHD-1080P12XS= are compatible for C20?

If the C20 or PrecisionHD camera has an active support contract, you can request for an RMA and get a replacement.

The replacement for CTS-PHD-1080P12XS= is CTS-PHD1080P12XS2=, and comes as a camera only with no cables, see eos-eol-notice-c51-733469 for more information.  You could also get CTS-PHD-1080P-KIT=, and comes with a camera, audio/video cables, and power supply.

• Thanks Patrick. So If buy CTS-PHD-1080P12XS= or  CTS-PHD1080P4XS2= as a spare then it will be compatible with C20? I need only camera and I have a codec of C20.

CTS-PHD-1080P12XS= is EOS and no longer sold, see eos-eol-notice-c51-733469, you even mention that in your very first post.

CTS-PHD1080P4XS2= is used with the SX20 only.

You have to order one of the two cameras I mention in my earlier reply, either CTS-PHD1080P12XS2= or CTS-PHD-1080P-KIT=.
