no HTTPS or HTTP response from Tandberg 770MXP or Polycom endpoints

Hi,

Whenever I try to connect my Tandberg 770MXP endpoints or far end Polycom endpoints my TMS always comes up with no HTTPS or https response coming from the endpoints. With Cisco endpoints I never have this problem. On the Tandberg and polycom endpoints I enable http or https and I still have this same issue. Please help!

What version of TMS and the endpoints? And what Polycom model(s)?
