This is proabbly the sheet your looking for , remember 2911s only support around 180mbps throughput and thats without crypto etc so you need to calculate your thrpoughput based against the codecs in use too

Moussa, you have mentioned you need router to support 150 or more IP phone users. Are you planning to register IP phones on ISR (CME) ?

Cause 2951 supports up to 150 IP phones maximum (SCCP or SIP), and recommended to have 1Gb RAM/256Mb flash in this case.

If you have plans to expand number of phones, you will need Cisco 3925 or ISR 4451 (maximum 250 IP phones)
