Outbound SIP Calls Not Working

Hi guys,

I've got an issue whereby I am not able to make outbound calls, but inbound calls are working ok. A debug shows the following:

This makes me think that the credentials configured under the sip-ua realm are incorrect but I would appreciate clarification.

Given that you appear to be trying to register your endpoint to a Voiceflex service, perhaps you'd be best talking to them about how to configure your device (you don't mention what you're trying to connect with) to work with their service.  http://www.voiceflex.com/support/

Note: Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Video Over IP section you've posted in - I'd suggest, if the above hasn't answered your query, that you move your discussion over there.
