With the TMS/Exchange integration, do we get a notification/error at booking time if we’re going to exceed the maximum resources of our system/MCU?
Is TMS smart enough to look at the booking that an Outlook user is making and tell them that it cannot support that call at that time due to lack of resources?

Hi Michael
Tms would do the same checks for a booking done in outlook as it would when booking from the TMS gui. TMS will notice the conflict and notify the organizer.

So to be clear, the end-user will create the booking.
It will not be rejected outright, but after some relatively short period of time TMS will come back and tell the meeting organizer that there are not enough resources to have their bridged call.
Is my understanding correct?
